Included Tools

Wooden Hat Brim Cutter

Designed for clean and accurate trimming of felt hat brims. The solid hardwood construction provides excellent stability, while the adjustable guide helps maintain an even cutting line around the entire brim. Suitable for wool felt, rabbit felt, and beaver felt.

Set of 5 Replaceable Blades

Includes five sharp replacement blades for long-lasting cutting performance. The blades are easy to replace, helping maintain clean and precise cuts throughout the life of the tool.

Double-Sided Hat Brim Curler (5/8" & 3/8")

Shape smooth rolled felt hat brims using two of the most popular groove sizes. The 3/8" groove creates tighter pencil curls, while the 5/8" groove forms wider, softer rolled brims suitable for many classic hat styles.

Foot Tolliker

Flatten, stretch, and smooth felt while shaping the crown and brim. Its specially shaped working surface helps create a crisp break line between the crown and brim for a professional finish.

Pusher Downer

Pushes the blocking cord securely into the groove around the hat block, holding the felt tightly in place while it dries. The smooth hardwood surface glides easily without damaging the felt.

Puller

Helps stretch and tension the felt evenly during blocking, giving better control while shaping the crown and refining the final hat form.

Blocking Rope (Option 2 only)

A 5-yard (4.5 m), 3/16" (5 mm) thick bias-woven cotton blocking rope with minimal stretch and high friction. Designed for traditional hat blocking, it securely holds steamed felt against the block while producing crisp, well-defined crown breaks.

Each tool is handcrafted from solid hardwood and carefully sanded for a smooth, comfortable grip. The ergonomic design provides excellent control and reduces hand fatigue during extended workshop sessions.
