Return and Refund Policy

We accept return requests within 14 days after the order has been delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition and packaging. Customers must contact us before sending any item back.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Original shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and other import-related charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged or defective.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
