Available Groove Sizes

Choose the groove combination that best matches the curl you want to achieve:

• 3/4" and 1/2" – for larger, deeper upturned brims with a bold profile.
• 5/8" and 3/8" – for medium and tighter upturned curves with greater control over the brim shape.

Each tool combines two groove sizes, giving you greater flexibility when working on different hat styles.

How to Use

Steam the felt hat until the brim becomes flexible.

Place the brim into the selected groove and guide the curler around the edge using steady, even pressure. Continue moving around the entire brim while keeping the tool aligned with the edge.

Repeat the process several times until the desired shape is achieved. For a stronger and longer-lasting curve, apply brim stiffener after shaping and allow the hat to dry completely.
